Evga RMA - 780sc dying

Thanks guys! Evga deserve messive credit here, whos the rep on here i would like to pass on the feedback!

They only got the 780sc today and shipped out the 980 acx 2.0 today too!

Brilliant service and im now buying evga only!
 
EVGADominik I think is the main chap.

I had an RMA accepted for my 780SC but the issue it had, resolved itself. Luckily I still have a years worth of warranty left if it does die.

Least I know I will get a decent card in return.
 
Awesome result, surprised you didn't have to barter! Makes me wonder how 9xx series will be exchanged when Pascal is out.
 
Nice to hear you are happy with the replacement you have received!
We are just working on a UK RMA center so enduser will just have local shipping cost anymore. Stay tuned for updates on this.

Very happy with the service start to finish. Was a shame i had to pay £40 to get it resolved but im sure many people will be happy with a evga uk center.

I still cant beleive there was no fuss and a simple swap for new card!

And id happpily rma my wife for one of them beautys! ;)

How do i ship evga my wife? Shes not faulty however haha
