Have the MSI PE60 2QE which l have upgraded to a 250gb M.2 SSD and added 16 gb of RAM, for the money it does the job fine, great screen and with an i5 more than enough for what l need, the MSI laptops are quiet and quick (SSD is essential) so you can't go wrong with either the GE70 or 72.

MSI GE72 2QD

MSI GS70 2QD

Hi Bud

thanks for the reply the ge72 looks great only problem is with that , to replace the battery it has to go back to msi , I think with most of the ge70
ones the battery can be taken off

the 2nd one is a bit out of my price range but great laptop

Hi you can get an ASUS G751JL-T7028H for under £1000 if you shop around plus this version is about to be replaced so I would expect to see some good deals come up in the next 4/6 weeks.

Just a point on your comment on removable battery in the past 6 years I have had 2 works laptops and one personal ( the one I'm using right now ) a Sony Vaio and not had to replace any of the batteries in them, the Sony is almost 5 years old.
