Star Wars Battlefront Beta GFX benchmarks.

980Ti is the cheaper card with 50% more memory that also overclocks much higher as a percentage, it's a bit of no-brainer when it comes to buying. The 1-2fps that Fury X beats it by at 4K is also within the normal variation you get between benchmark runs, all it takes is for a Windows background process to occupy the CPU on one run and not the other.

Yes I know that. What I'm saying is we don't need constant reminding. And no mention of the lower tier cards doing well.

What about them? Crossfire issues? I can confirm that 3 of those 5 you mentioned work a treat in crossfire. Not played FC4, and haven't touched PCars since I upgraded the rig so I can't comment on those 2 :p

Don't worry. xfire argument is silly these days. People bringing that up have no clue what they are talking about and don't even have dual card setup (SLI or xfire). Fact is: if the game has issues with xfire, game has issues with any multiGPU solution. PERIOD. Like dying light and flickering in xfire and SLI. But hey that's xfire issue for nvidians, no? :D

pCars run great with 2 AMD cards ;)

Can you not give it a rest with the stupid names, it is constant. Infact I have fixed it.

I think xfire and probably sli will do well in this. Scaling on the fb engine has always been very good. I did have a few issues with bf4 a while back using sli 780. But that was down to drivers at that time. Fixed pretty quickly with an update.

So that's how those 980Ti benchmarks have been edging the Fury cards....Obviously reviewers running sneaky background processes.

;)

Runs for cover

Will likely be the weekend before I get a chance to download it. Main rig is currently out of action and it'll be a few days until I get it up and running again.

hm, you are the 1st person who has issues with anyone using nvidians as nvidia users :/
And no, I do not run two accounts, I am too old for this crap ;) take it easy ;)
