It's an absolute menace. When I was living in Belfast, some weekends traffic would be redirected so you had to take another route home while they dealt with / contained these little scrotes.

Most European police forces are armed and they manage not to shoot innocent people or each other on a daily basis.

Even the traffic wardens in Italy are armed and you'd expect fiery Italians + parking tickets + guns = WW3, but everything seems to get sorted with a bit of wavey-shouty and the odd ticket.

200 people and not one of the spectators had a mobile phone with a HD camera in it? The footage looks more like something from circa 2000 where were the posh kids with the iphones!
 
I suspect since some were wielding bats it was pre-arranged. Unless, setting up a bat shop in Walthamstow is a good idea. Just like an effigy shop in Baghdad or a dinghy store on the shores of Turkey.

Agreed. I gre up in a small Scottish town, not even too near any big / scumbag cities. And at our fights you would regularly get baseball bats and bike chains showing up...
