I'm only 10 years behind you, not some kid straight out of school.

My grandad built spitfires during WW2, his life wasn't in danger as most were but still some risk i suppose, but I'd still like to think that he would be proud of me for serving my country, and respect my opinions.

Becoming a common occurrence. It can only be beneficial though so it's all good.

Your Grandad, as of mine and many thousands of others fought for freedom against a terrifying regime that threatened not just Britain, but the whole of the world. I think they would be proud of the legacy they left us that we can choice to use this freedom to help others.

I know my Grandad, who served in the Royal Navy in WW2, wouldn't have been impressed to find out he'd saved Britain from being invaded in the 1940s, only to find they were being invaded again by a different hostile force in the 2010s.

I think many would question if they were fighting on the wrong side.

Winston Churchill wouldn't stand by while hordes of moslems invade Europe and he'd rather have made peace with Nazi Germany than let Europe turn into Eurabia.

How did the Mongols threaten Christendom? Quite a few of their rulers were Christian and they helped spread Christianity over Asia.

Get your history books out. The Mongol Invasion of Europe (1236-1242). There were later campaigns.

Overall, the Mongols were great for us because they ravaged China and the Islamic world, two proto-empires that were at the time much more powerful that the Roman Catholic Empire. They ensured that it was European nations that became world superpowers in the second half of the second millennium. That said, you can't deny that the Mongols were a threat to Christendom, if they hadn't self-imploded it's certain they would have conquered Europe and decimated us in the same way they did to China/Islam.

The only way uk could enter civil war is if mass immigration led to it or if scotland wanted a fight for their independence. Doubt scotland would go to that extreme, migrants however is possible. Internally though the English would never fight each other because we left petty religious differences in the past 500 years ago.

Why should we sacrifice our ancestors courage and hardwork? It took 100s even 1000 years to build a civilised society we have today. It's not our fault that the middle east are still primitive and can't settle the own differences.

The Mongols were a threat to the rulers of Europe, and pretty much anyone who stood in their path, but never Christendom itself. They were very accepting of other faiths and cultures. Within a generation, the Mongol conquerers of China dressed and acted more like natives than Mongols.

A better example of marauding foreign hordes destroying parts of Christendom would have been the Moors. ;)
 
A German town has published a to do for list for migrants:

Addressed to “Dear foreign lady, Dear foreign man”, the notice welcomed them to Germany and offered tips, “to facilitate coexistence”, such as paying for supermarket goods before they were opened.

“In Germany, one respects the property of others. No one enters private property, gardens, barns or other buildings and harvests fruit or vegetables not belonging to them.

“We empty our bowels exclusively in toilets not in gardens or parks,” it went on.

“Young girls feel bothered if they are asked for their mobile or Facebook details and they don’t want to marry anyone either.”
