If he's not VAT registered he won't pay it, nor can he charge it.
Lots of places say it, they just add it to the bill but don't show it.

You have to meet a certain criteria before you legally have to be VAT registered. You can do it voluntarily but it's not really in your best interests to do so because it'll just take away from your profit margin.
So they charge VAT even though they dont advertise it........ so they therefore pay VAT!
As bad as Gollum is he's not bad enough to misuse apostrophes like that.

Why the focus on China then? Also Foxconn make a lot of things, so your PC will have "slave worker" components inside it...

The fact that it's a draft is irrelevant. If those sort of mistakes are there in the first place it means neither of you actually realise that they're mistakes.

Think one of the hardest things in this market is making yourself stand out amongst all the other ads / leaflets.
Decide which market you are going for and don't be afraid to advertise yourself as a one man operation. Home customers may prefer a more personal service offering basics such as home wifi / printer setup (retailers charge between £30 - £50 for this) rather than the generic style of most PC service ads. Where as most business customers will want a VAT no for anything substantial.

Looks generic and bland, like a menu at a terrible restuarant, and that stock image makes me think the guy is going to try fiddling with your teenage daughter rather than sort your computer properly. Better to spread it, with a better design over a double sided flyer.
