Want to have Screens/PC's outside in garage during winter

I would like to be able to use the PC's/TV's etc in the garage during this winter. It gets extremely cold here (Say -15C/-20C maybe more sometimes overnight), so I would like some inexpensive/temporary options for trying to keep the damp/condensation out of the equipment.

I have an old gazebo that I could put in the garage as a struture to put some walls up and then insulate if necessary (The doors on the garage are often left open). Would it be worthwhile having a dehumidifier when we aren't in there, and a small heater for when we are actually using it?

I know on my motherboard (Actually that might have been the ASROCK one I had) it has a anti-condensation mode where it turns on frequently to keep condensation away... but I am thinking of all the components and the screens/TV's.

Obviously the cold may effect mechanical things more than others (like hard drives), but just wondering how to stop the condensation on the metal, and would a dehumidifier stop/reduce that?

I really don't think leaving the PC on all the time is an option, but something to control moisture may be acceptable.

Create a thermally insulated box or garage. Box would be easier for sure, but just make it do it either can come apart or folds out when you go to use it. Simples.

Could you explain that a little please? How will it withstand several days at a time without use below freezing?
