Main reason for using people is that we value our free time more than we value having even more spare money. It does add up but we are not into drinking/smoking/drugs so I don't think it's too bad.
£1872/year because you want a dog, but cba doing the walking (isn't that a nice bit?!). £3686/year total.
Having a young family and both being full time proffesionals, spending a few more hours with the kids on the weekends rather than cleaning means a lot.
cleaners are a no brainer.
plus ours irons all my shirts once a week. brilliant!
Are people just lazy? Or are people just too busy that they cant even spare 2-3hours?
Thoughts?
Also, if you do use cleaners, when you aren't present, be careful about the implications for home insurance.

And that paying for it would be better than not even spending the 2-3 hours per week
I would happily pay but the mrs prefers to do it herself. Don't have a an issue with it. It's not lazy. I don't clean my windows either which free's up time to do other stuff.
Nah, I'm too posh for that.
