Is it me or is the joke flawed? It's trying to reference 2 conflicting things. It's trying to say I am not listening to my gf anymore but the punch line is saying he puts his footdown (i.e like a flamingo wouldn't) thus he has listened to her....

It's not funny anyway but this bugged me.
