Xrecode can convert a lot of formats you can use it for free just pressing the 1 to 4 button at the start or if u like to help the person who makes the software buy it for abot £8 and u get a key file to get rid of the 5 second button at the start

I use Audacity (you have to download the Lame MP3 plugin manually) to convert any FLAC files to mp3. This is useful for the odd track but if you have loads to convert then there are a few tools out there which will do folders at a time.
