Most efficient way of draining loop

Hi I need to rma one of my cards that had a leakage somehow, and am wondering the best way to drain the entire loop.
Please observe:

I find it extremely difficult to rid of the liquid in between the cards, and am hoping I don't have another rma on my hands.

After draining most of the fluid, tilt it to the side and unscrew the distributor blocks from the cards.

Distributor blocks meaning the parts that are attached to the card blocks with three screws.

Make sure you dont lose the o-rings behind them (two per card)
