Bye bye M135i ...

Looks like a nice car, enjoy.

But surely most of the 'spec' in that list is standard anyway with that model/trim level apart. from things like nav and reserving camera.

You should know driving an Audi that everything but the basics is optional. That car won't even have split/fold seats because it's an option (£400 with through load) not chosen.

Yes I know but the OP states things such as headlight washers, Bluetooth and M-sport wheels (surely standard with m-sport pack?).

Enhanced Bluetooth and larger 19" wheels, both are options. The extra BT features are pairing two phones, an extra mic on the passenger side, voice control and a snap in Phone holder.

The Bluetooth is standard on an F10 of that age with a media package. It's a product of the combox.

Lovely. Enjoy! :D

As above, good luck with that cream leather and a baby ;)
Surprised you didn't get a Touring. So much easier throwing everything in the back of an estate. I didn't even consider a saloon!

Hitting a rut reminds you that BMW got the ride bit not quite right in my book, but all round they are a superb car, as the 5 series always has been. Look good, go good, nice to be in, nice to take on a long journey, nice kit, good pace, good economy. Still the best big saloon in my book.

I'll let you know Monday, but doesn't sound too dissimilar to my 330D Touring.

Hit a pothole and the chassis seems to judder underneath you. Never had that on my previous cars.

I was in Johannesburg this week just gone and it was quite interesting. I was using Uber Black to get everywhere, so spent the week in either an A4, 3 series or C Class and in doing so got to feel a few levels. The differenced between an S-Line A4 and normal SE (i.e. not with Audi's TERRIBLE S-Line damping) was massive. Big wheels and simply stiff suspension is a bad experience and the M-Sport suffers a little from this, hence why active damping things are better.

Well, what an absolutely fantastic car this is. Certainly doesn't have the pace of the 1, but still feels plenty quick enough.

HUD is a lot more useful than I was expecting, too.

I used Uber Black a lot when I was in Johannesburg last and my South African colleagues thought it was *extremely* sketchy. I didn't have any trouble but they were definitely nervous about me choosing to get about that way rather than the usual driver service. The cars were quite nice though, definitely better than most of the cars on the road.

I was based in Sandton so the least rough side of JHB but I did have to trip into downtown and frankly never felt worried at all. Cars seemed new and drivers seemed to drive quite defensively, i.e. leaving space to get away if needs be.
