I did expect the gun the wolf ran off with to play a more significant part than that, after all the emphases it seemed to have in the last episode, bit of a anti climax on that front.

And Glenn is under the dumpster, its the only way he would escape form that situation, wait out the crowed and then just stroll off.

As for Rick, I can't see him loosing a hand, and I don't know how they would explain away him not being infected either. interesting times ahead me thinks!

One thing I am hoping for is for this zombie horde not being the main focus of this season, they do need to break the cycle of meat guy, turns out to be bad guy, big fights and lots of death ensue, dramatically kill bad guy. But not like this amc!

That be the wolves that got away Rick dealt with in the campervan then,
good episode.
I wonder if Rick will chop his hand off?

Didn't Rick cut it on a knife?
Didn't think he had been bitten.

I am also not sure if Glen was dead. He fell to the floor with the other guy falling on top, however goodness knows how he escaped if he is actually alive.

Episode 3 was ******* epic.

The internet is on fire with Glenn's is he / is he not dead. Apparently he is signed up to 83 episodes (apparently!) so that would mean this season and next....

excellent episode and excellent season so far.
i don't think glens dead - the guy fell on top of him and it was all his blood etc

Looks to me like he was being torn apart, if the other guy was on top of him, surely the blood and guts wouldn't be on Glenn's chest?

Don't think Rick got bitten, Glen definitely dieded though.

He didnt get bit but he cut his hand when grabbing the walker with the machete buried in its neck, so hes bound to have got walker blood into that cut, not sure if thats as bad as a bite tho.

For people who have read the comics this seems like the most obvious time Rick would lose his hand, altho they dont necessarily stick that close to the comics.

Was certain Glen was dead but now you all have me wondering. No way he could plausibly escape that though. As for Rick getting infected, does it matter? They are all already infected anyway so I assume its just a normal cut.

Great episode, except all the random extras getting eaten in the woods by ninja zombies popping out of nowhere behind them. Every time I was like "oh ffs not again".

Glen won't be dead. They won't kill a main character in such a run of the mill way.

Rick looses his hand in the comics? If anything in this thread should actually be in spoiler tags with some warning, would it not be things that happen in the comics that haven't yet happened in the show?

Surely if Rick thought he needed to cut his hand off, he would have done it right away? Wouldn't it be more and more needed to be cut off the longer you leave it?

-10 points if the first thing that happens in ep4 is Rick starts the RV up first time and drives away...

Also, I would hope they can simply kill off a main character, isn't that half the appeal, anyone could die at any moment?

I follow a channel on youtube Trevschan2 who i find really good at his walking dead reviews etc,

Just having a look at his reaction video... I don't think I realised people got this into a show. Wow.

Have subbed, but not sure I can take him being that enthusiastic.

It's not. Don't forget early on in the show they covered themselves in Zombie blood. The infection only spreads from bites I believe.

90 minute episode next week!!

That true?

I can't see Glenn being dead. Yes they kill people off with ease but the core characters generally get an epic ending that said though, it would be far fetched if he survived because even if he was under the other kid it looked like he was laid horizontal across him.

Suppose we'll have to wait and see, maybe they won't even touch the Glenn story for a week just to keep viewers hanging on?

Definitely the best start to a season though, looking forward to the group meeting back up now.

Episode 2 Carol was so badass! Love how she showed Morgan over and over how it has to be now :) "I'll carefully tie up this guy cos I'm a pacifist, Carol comes in blammo! Oh sry hi "

Episode 3 I was totally shocked to see Glenn die :( That douchebag who got him killed was a total coward but i think the writers wanted to show that letting the weak survive only endangers you. But after reading some of these comments I'm hopeful and thinking why the hell don't they all just cover themselves in zombie blood and chain up two chinless walkers and cruise around freely like Mischon used to?!!

Plus - remember when Michone travelled free from fear by having a couple of pet zombies - why not use that tactic ? In pet shop, grab zombies from cupboard, cut off jaw and walk home.
