Finally he has his review out.

Oh, still pending!

Yeah I believe they were offering it for free with the 5X, though with a contract only.

This is the crazy part...it was the sim-free version...

So the free Chromecast comes with a SIM free 5X? My brothers didn't?

Decision to swap N5X for 6P = vindicated! Canny review that is.

Had a 45mb OTA update last night.

Factory images are also now available.

Does he have a habit of embellishing stories a little bit because that seems absolutely mental considering they've not even got him tied to a contract.

[Belloni]

Now just got told stock won't be in store until the 3rd of November...Silly me for trusting a representative and cancelling my order to change it to collection.

[Father Ted]

Mine is being delivered between 9:48 - 10:48, can't wait. This should be quite a step up from my 3 year old Nexus 4!

I seem to remember a reviewer said he had an update come through and said it was for the camera.

[Cyanide]

Can anyone recommend a decent set of mobile headphones that won't cost the earth? Forgot Nexi don't come with them

Thanks mate. Not really a pro photographer so I probably won't see the difference lol

[lmfy2k]

Interestingly after the OTA it has turned off sRGB off By default, looks like Google doesn't want this Option enabled lol

[mrk]

It's Developer Settings, so I imagine the OTA turns that page back to defaults?

Animations were still 0.5x, weird

Turns outs lloyds blocked payment! Lol

I'm now on hold to Google (in America. .?) Who are sorting my order and have assured me I won't have to cancel and re-order..

Shudder at the thought.

I use these, great sound quality and 3 year warranty, brilliant customer service too if they do develop a fault:
