Another thing that bugged me in that episode was every time they saw their mate getting eaten (e.g. limping woman or guy getting eaten against the fence) they just stood and watched. In that situation a mercy killing would be appreciated!! But no they just stand and watch them slowly get munched.

Ehhhh the writers on this show are hurting my brain with their laziness.
Who cliche sprains their ankle, and in real life couldn't run on it despite the pain. Death or pain, hmmmm. If she had a fracture poking out the skin maybe not, but a sprained or broken ankle... Sigh.
Then when they get to a metal fence, with rungs in it, they don't all scale it instantly they stand around using a reel to get up 1 by 1, same with Glenn who could have scaled that bin almost in one jump.
Michonne is shown in one instance chopping heads of with ease, yet 6 or 7 zombies spread out in a road, appear impossible to beat and they go for shelter in a building, essentially trapping themselves.

Considering Glen didn't have blood coming from his mouth (like the rest usually do) Im sure hes fine
An old rule from Chinese and Japanese cinema no wound is fatal unless it causes "blood mouth" but any wound no matter how small will kill if it causes "blood mouth".
Could Rick's wound be a self inflicted cut from his stabbing mellon head blade and thus not fatal????

The fence scene with glen was dumb. There was like 3 zombies the other side of the fence, could have easily jumped it and then taken out the zombies.

Regardless of if it is someone else getting munched on top of Glen, there is no way he'd escape getting munched too. That alley was packed with walkers and he was screaming, at least one would have bitten him. It will annoy me if he lives.
I'm fairly certain that Glenn's gone under the dumpster and the feeding frenzy on his luckless chum will mask his presence. Or at least that's the way the story will go.
In reality though, Glenn was wailing like a banshee, so they will be well aware that he's down there. Why was blood pumping out of his dead friend? If he's dead the heart stops pumping.
Apart from the odd spot of lazy writing, this was still another fantastic episode.

The biggest giveaway was that the actor that plays Glenn wasn't on Talking Dead and it's a tradition for killed characters to appear the same night.
Apart from the odd spot of lazy writing, this was still another fantastic episode.

That settles it then, he must survive it.
I did wonder if he was on there, was going to check it out this evening to find out.
i wonder how he survived that one, unless someone comes to his rescue at the last minute.

Also Morgan could 'save' glenn - it would set him up for the flashback episode (which I don't think is going to be a great episode) where he is talking to Glen about surviving etc on their way back to Alexandria.
Just a thought again. I'm fairly convinced Glen ain't dead so running through what would be the most 'logical' way for him to have survived and it comes down to Jesus or Morgan imo, possibly darryl and abraham but they should be 20 miles away at the moment.

That was really jarring, teleporting zombies suddenly appearing just so they can om nom on the randoms is well past its sell by date.

I thought someone was going to open that side door and save them. That is one possibility. How he escapes as he is so overwhelmed is a mystery. Maybe its just next episode he dies and they do the talking dead then?
