I use both the 5130 (Baytrail) and the 7130 (i3 4030Y) versions on a daily basis.
The 7130 I have seems to be pretty rock solid, had it since day one, and only really had a few firmware issues, which were easily resolved. I think the i3 versions have had a lot less problems than the i5. Currently running Windows 10 Pro on it as a clean install, and needed to do nothing other than Windows 10 updates, and install the Wi-Fi drivers. Spec is 4GB RAM, and 512GB SSD (upgraded myself), and the WWAN module for 3G needs.
As accessories, I have the dock, which includes 3x USB 3.0, Ethernet, HDMI and DisplayPort, which connects nicely up to my dual Dell U2515H monitors. I also have the 'proper' keyboard with the battery, and that things is amazing get around 13-16 hours battery life, at reasonable brightness.
I also have one of the stylus pen things, which hasn't been used much tbh, but seems OK, but not amazing.
Overall it's pretty weighty with the extra keyboard attached, but it feels well built, and I love the fact I can swap the battery over if needed (I have 3 now

) As per the previous comment, the fan does spin up, and is a bit whinny but only when being pushed.
Would I recommend it, I would say it depends entirely what you want to use it for, mines is primarily office stuff, but it does have it's legs stretched occasionally with the odd Lightroom image edit, and on occasion I'll plug in the the Xbox controller and Fire-up Burnout Paradise, or Civilization 5, none of which I find it particularity struggles with, assuming the odd drop in frame-rate doesn't cause irritation.
The secondhand/refurb prices on these i3/i5's are silly compared to what I paid new, so even if you did jump in with both feet, you might lose £50 all told.
Hope this helps
