Gents abit of advice now

Back in April I got a "PCN" for parking in my own allocated space where I live (prior to this the management company had asked for us to display permits however this is not a requirement in the leasehold)

I contacted my management company and they asked that on this occasion I use the appeal process thats set out stating my management company and that I am the leaseholder etc.. not heard anything until today

Meanwhile this month I have recieved 5 more "PCN's" for parking in my bays of which for now I have spoke once again to my management company who are looking into it

Moving on basically the original one I sent an appeal about back in June was rejected and a letter saying "Dear Sir / Madam" was sent to me today saying this debt was being passed to a debt collecter? interesting yep?

Do I once again write another letter including a copy of the first and include the extract from my leasehold stating its my spot - and state they are infact trespassing on my land as I havent given them authority to manage it?

Not sure how to resolve the actual issue, but maybe it's time to start issuing invoices for your time spent dealing with it.

Yeah send them another letter I guess, its not like they have a leg to stand on. They probably just bought the debt and have no real knowledge of the situation and will walk away when they realize there is no chance they'll collect.

Could start billing them for your time, that'll teach them.

An allocated parking space is not your land.

Just ignore it. If they ever take it to court, tell the judge what you've said here.

I'd considered this - I guess its where it may end up

Its just one of those situations really - I assumed it was sorted until recently when its started again

That is going to keep your shredder busy.

going to head out and purchase an industrial one!

In what way is it not my bit of land? when I purchased the flat my easement is shown as that parking bay + the flat itself?

Flat presumably is leasehold, the land belongs to the freeholder - presumably the management company

well when you put it like that yep you are right there is the freeholder to consider

They are not the same people as the management company who have implemented the "parking regime"

Also my lease states that I have allocated bay that I have unrestricted / disturbed parking in and no mention of a permit to park system
