Hopefully this will be readily available at others places like Smyths, Amazon who regularly discount Lego and not a "Hard to Find" set or exclusive to Lego directly, although that seems unlikely.

It is 4,634 pieces !!!! That almost rival the USC Millennium Falcon ! Is that the 3rd highest pieces count ever

Anyone have any idea where I might get a tower or orthanc from, lego don't stock it anymore, and ebay is madness on costing, have looked for months, was so annoyed they retired the product without warning while I was on holiday this summer.

Bricklink has some for 150 sheets new sealed.
That is a really nice looking set and decent value for the price. Not something for me but really glad to see that got released.
Those with the helicarrier is it stable on the base. My son will be using it as a play thing no a display item, will it be usable on the base or does it sit nicely without the stand?
