75c is about the norm for gaming, 40c when surfing the net etc sounds about right particularly if the card is using zero fan setting.
 
Depends on the game. I had some crappy texture flickering in Fallout 3 on buildings at a distance.

Test with other games.
 
I'm running 31C on a ACX 2.0+, browsing and doing stuff. If it's a AMP card, it will run a bit hotter. If it runs some aggressive 'silent' mode, it will run a bit hotter still. Gaming temps sounds about right, if a bit high, but it's a 'hot' card.
