Ten minute play. Have to go out and leave my new toy.

Speakers are much louder, more presence.

My screen seems warmer, the Pro3 appears whiter. Pro 4 screen is brightener.

Chassis is amazingly thin consider what they have packed in. Thinner then Surface 3 (not Pro!).

Larger screen makes the device look smaller!

No and No

Fan is quiet even when on (which is hardly ever). Not hot either.

Delighted with cooling so far.

Speakers still amaze me compared to SP3

Have experienced random software bugs, not sure if Windows 10 or drivers. Typical Microsoft release but they do tend to sort things out eventually.

Windows 10 Nov update will be welcome.

I don't recall the pro 3 i5's having these kind of issues, just the i7.

Good to hear about the fan. I still have flashbacks of my Pro 2 and how noisy it was.. sounded like a jet engine 24/7.

It's a shame it comes with the grey pen and standard. So if I wanted a pen colour to match the keyboard cover I have to buy another pen.

I can apply the discount as I work in education. I do think that 10% discount is pretty weak in my view, they need be really where Apple are with their educational discount rates.

Still dithering whether to go ahead or not with the order.

I don't think 10% is anything to be sniffed at, what do you want them to do whack the price up 5% for normal consumers to make the education discount more substantial?

We have Office 365 for education, the MS store appears to be recognising that the domain is associated with it.

Graphics drivers are garbage. Keep crashing for a second and recovery every now and then, mainly in edge.

I also have the edge colour shifting issue (some websites cause a colour shift on the screen)

Microsoft is doing UK customers a favour and letting the USA beta test it!

Have you tried installing the latest Intel drivers? I think I read that the drivers dated around the 26th of October can be installed by downloading and unzipping them from the Intel site and this might fix some of the issues.
