Anyone else have problems with it always telling you your account needs activating even though it already is?
Been on the online chat to BT now for over 30 mins and getting no where
took a good 10 mins just to explain I wasn't using a browser
to access it.

ahrrrrr her next question after a 10 min wait...... does it come up on an ipad? I havn't got a ******* ipad i've already told her i've got a phone and tablet both android.

Trying to fob me off now saying its a temp issue, even though i've been trying for the best part of two weeks.
