BT Sports android app support

Anyone else have problems with it always telling you your account needs activating even though it already is?

Been on the online chat to BT now for over 30 mins and getting no where :mad:

took a good 10 mins just to explain I wasn't using a browser :rolleyes: to access it.

still going and they want me to share my pc window??? why?????? its my phone that's the problem !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the pc browser

ahrrrrr her next question after a 10 min wait...... does it come up on an ipad? I havn't got a ******* ipad i've already told her i've got a phone and tablet both android.

Trying to fob me off now saying its a temp issue, even though i've been trying for the best part of two weeks.

Never had a problem with it and running on Android, iOS and PC. I log in using my BT.com account username/password and not my BT Broadband account id. It worked from day one.
 
I get the impression that the app is developed by a third party and BT just aren't equipped to take support calls for it. I see a lot of people complaining about it; thankfully it usually works OK here.
 
got a phone call back this morning from BT support, they've reset my account on their system and its working again now. :)

But my god, live chat is like pulling teeth
