Watercooling on budgets, where do you source used parts?

Where other than Ebay and Gumtree, could I find a used R9 290 water block for sale? Might also need some other bits and pieces.

The members market here is good but unfortunately you're a long way off access.

I think ebay and gumtree are about the only other places I would personally use myself so unfortunately I cant be much help : (

It's very easy to tell the state, run water through it. If it stays clear then it's fine.

Unless it's an really old part then it's very likely that it'll be fine as people now use specific parts for water cooling PCs like mayhems fluid, anti leeching tubing and no aluminium.
