5K - fun but practical car?

DC2 is marked as being one of - if not - the best handling FWD car. Wouldn't say they are chavvy, even if ricers and MaccyD boys did get a hold of them.

Can't say I've seen any chavs in a DC5 during my ownership! All the Chavs seemed to be rocking out in Corsa VXRs on PCP and lease deals, or in older Imprezas...

Both Integras are fantastic cars, but post-ownership me thinks they would be better focussed if they were to be used on track more than roads. I loved every second of driving my DC5, but I always craved tracks for being able to throw it round corners to really see what it could do!

My money would go on a nice Impreza, either a mint classic (with no rust!) or a blob eye WRX (probably the better option).

I've owned 2ximpreza's and 1xDC2.

The DC2 really does handle as well as they say it does but the VTEC engine can be tiresome when you're not in the mood. Getting into the back is also pretty tight.

I really can't fault much about Impreza's (the 2.0L ones at least!). Four doors, decent boot, reliable, tunable, great traction, boxer sound etc. etc.
