Hi all. I will apologise for my silly question but when I took the side panel of my case off I accidentally pulled out the side window gpu fan. Where does this plug back into on the motherboard? It only has a tiny 3 pin connection sort of lead

When you're facing the case side on it should be either top right or bottom/middle right. There should be a white/cream coloured three pin connector :)

Definitely worth it, I've got the HAF 932 with the same motherboard and 2 970s and it does cool it down a fair whack! (I've also managed to pull out that cable a couple of times as well.)

Ive just plugged the fan cable into a bit on the motherboard into a bit that says sys fan. It was a 4 pin connector though. It was the only one free that I could see so I've just put it into 3 of the pins and left 1 free.

Has this worked or am I even more of a noob than I already thought :P

Should be okay I think - I'm sure the 4th pin is only for speed controlled fans or something - If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me.
