Anybody with a stable Asus X99 Deluxe?

Has any of you got an ASUS X99 deluxe that actually works as it should?
Just asking because this is the board which fits my requirements. Unfortunately the one I got was very tantrum-ish (flaky USB 3, random lock ups requiring frequent bios reset, would boot once or twice in 5 attempts, to mention but few of the issues encountered…)
After a week’s troubleshooting without success, I finally sent if for RMA. But since it wasn’t in stock, Overclockers refunded me…
Should I give it a second chance or change platform?

- 5960x
-16gb Pan ram-V ninja 3000Mhz

This board is fine.. Probably a settings issue. Lock ups generally RAM IMC volts related or CLK de- emphasis.

Could my issues be related to the Pan-ram ninja 3000?
I just chose this kit for a white colour match with the motherboard...
(memtest did not reveal any problem)
