Just a quick thank you and my story.

Congrats! Whilst losing the weight is really amazing, what I find more of an achievement is the dedication in your mental state to actually getting on and sticking with a plan however hard it may be. That is applicable to other parts of your life, so use it to make even more improvements and reap the rewards of that too.

Jesus christ, what a transformation! I'm shocked at the difference.......... I bet you feel so much better in pretty much everyway. your figure is great!

Edit: I've just looked at the picture again and I keep saying to myself "Jesus" it just goes to show that anything is possible and how much you can alter your appearance with just a bit of work. Hats off to you! Sounds like a difficult road you went down and you come out this way which is amazing!

What sort of regime did you follow to shed that much weight if you don't mind me asking?

Absolutly brilliant love it well bloody done.

The one thing i have learnt from going to the gym lifting weight over the last 2 years is you can eat 7 -8 times a day as long as it little portions with plenty of protein and healthy food, its a win win i say .

I follow weight watchers, I walk everywhere... Very rarely get the lift anymore, always try and take the stairs. I also do the odd exercise class and exercise DVDs at home.
