Team Fortress 2 - 360

My lad would like TF2 for the XBox360. However, having little knowledge of the 360, what's the best way to get this game?

He says it is only available on the Orange Box.

Yea thats correct, the orange box was a package of 3 games if i remember correctly. Can probably be picked up dirt cheap now at a Game shop or ebay!

But i would worry that team fortress 2 may be a bit of a dead game on 360 now, its online only (i think) and if no ones playing he wont get much out of it. The game is huge on pc as it continued to grow and get updated but i believe that version got left behind

My lad plays it in 360 and is able to find a game OK.

There are hackers in it though who fly around but it's not that bad, he still enjoys it.

I enjoyed TF2 on 360 more than on PC. Stopped playing when they introduced the option for the host to limit classes though - ruined the balance.

Orange box is the only way, though I wish they'd release an updated stand alone version for the new generation of consoles.

The orange box is worth having for Half life 2 alone.
