Who Negan killed in the season finale?

I'm struggling with this season. I don't think it helps that I've just watched all of GOT back to back. As mentioned above some of the decision making and random events are comical. Like finding an army vehicle, on a main road, with RPGs still in the back.

What stuck out to me even more was that it's Russian tech in the hands of US Armed Forces, how on earth did that happen? Sounds like they were too lazy to find props for US equivalent.

Better episode than last (doesn't say much) and more entertaining but more stupid deaths again and also found it odd they were happily sitting there with a zombie behind some French doors.

Daryl does seem to be the most engaging character along with Carol who turns cold as ice killer between baking cookies and scaring children, I've started to feel a little "distant" to Rick since last season, his character just seems too intense for no reason a lot of the time now.

All these people have been around the same length of time as Rick and co yet
they all die stupid deaths, the chick with diabetes - she's managed to survive this long WITH diabetes and dies pathetically and the guy loses an arm by being bitten by a trapped walker!

Also Help!!
Sounded like it could be Glen but sounded more like a child like Coral or the other crap haircut kid though it probably is Glen chilling out under a dumpster

They have been with the guys who turned up in the truck since almost the beginning. They explained they were pretty much like the people in Alexandria, not living in the real world that Rick & Co have been inhabiting. Though it was also interesting they said they didn't even know who everyone was where they were so it must be a large group. Presume this group will be the antagonists for the second half of the season - it's possibly those two that they hear on the radio at the end and Daryl and co will go to rescue them which will put the other group on their case.

The truck Daryl found was from the fuel place overrun with walkers that the other guys took Daryl to when they were looking from someone, who presumably was the person in the cab Daryl disposed of.

Same for me, the main group seems to have dispersed now and I'm struggling to bond with the new characters. It's starting to feel like it's run its course now. Would be a shame if they dragged it on for loads more seasons, like Dexter did.

I really hope that they don't bring Glenn back. I liked the character and it was a shock to see him killed off, but the way it was filmed showing him wincing in pain as the zombies ripped open his skin and ate his intestines... I even went back and watched it again!

If he's alive that's some poor editing right there.

Overall though I've been watching TWD since the beginning (before it was popular) and it's starting to get a bit tedious and predictable now.

It was novel when they were killing off main characters at the start, but they rarely seem to be introducing new strong characters to care about these days. Morgan's monk for example, knew he'd die when I first saw him, but hoped he would survive so maybe we could see him again and see his character develop against some of the other characters, but nope.

I really think they need to wrap it up soon, before it descends too much further. At the moment though it's still watchable and pulls me in every week, doubt that'll carry on.

The thing is, intestines don't come out of your upper torso. They're probably going with it being the other guy's body on top of Glen that's being eaten.

I'm not saying it makes perfect sense or anything :D

it's getting to the stage now where i finish an episode and think 'well, what was the point in that?'

and this episode was one of the better of the series

How about a tractor with mowing attachment, reverse into zombie field :D They should be out looking for another tank ;)

A combine harvester would do the job quite nicely, either that or one of those snow clearing jobbies, I'm surprised we've not seen any one in chain mail by now, people go diving with sharks in the stuff so I'm pretty damn sure a zombie wouldn't make an impact on the stuff.

Same here. I'll usually watch whatever else is new first and leave TWD till then end. There was a time when I would start watching as soon I got in from work.

Still, I hope it continues as I'll watch almost anything with zombies and there isn't anything else on to replace it right now.

There was really very little of substance in the latest episode. From the fact that the leader of the new group gave up the chase of the three deserters when they were literally within speaking distance of each other suggests that they'd never cross paths with Alexandria, so I can't see how they'd integrate them into the story.

Daryl needs to go get his crossbow, losing that was like losing a main character - it probably has more lines than Daryl! :p

yeah, pretty boring.
And that stupid woman deserved to die - all this time and she gets close to walkers! idiot.

it really didn't sound like glen though - sounded just like Nicholas to me.

That would be a bit difficult for him to do, you know, due to that rather large hole in his brain...

wait a minute, i'm thinking of someone else - the guy who found the group and took them to alexandria - sounded like that guy (i'm terrible with names!).

I've been pretty positive about this season but that was a poor episode.

The blondie death, I mean seriously!? WTF it was so pathetic I cringed.

Woooooop!! This is it, I really think this is it. I have been waiting for this part of the story since the 1st season. :D
Warning!!! Major spoiler from novel.
I think the walkers are going to come in, there's going to be a huge gun fight, and Carl is going to get shot through the eye. Come on!!!
