I just found this website, and I think it's bloody great! I often use Foodgawker for inspiration, but this is just so much better. Plus it's British! Got an awful lot of recipes, with decent pictures of the finished dishes and the instructions seem pretty easy.

Just thought I'd share it. Got a decent "How To Cook" section as well, with interesting articles about individual ingredients and what not.

Tonight I'm making:
Cheese Souffle with Apple & Walnut Salad http://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/cheese-souffles-recipe-apple-walnut-salad

Roast Pheasant with Black Pudding, Baby Beetroots & Pak Choi
http://www.greatbritishchefs.com/recipes/roast-wood-pigeon-black-pudding-recipe

I couldn't get Wood Pigeon anywhere but Waitrose had Pheasant so hopefully that works.

I'll let you know how it goes and hopefully snap a picture or two.

They have a couple of sister sites too, greatitalianchefs.com is one. Definitely my go to site if I want to challenge myself or try something new.

I've been following them on Twitter for a long time. Some cracking recipes. They also do regular competitions with some great prizes (not won anything yet :().

Our work's done stuff with them. I also follow them on twitter and get various interesting recipes from the links. It's a good setup from what I've seen and have cooked some nice things!
