When can we expect the next Steam Sale, Christmas?

Thurs 17th December most likely....sales usually start on a Thursday and Xmas Steam sales always go just over Xmas on the Thursday afterwards for 2 weeks sometimes slightly into Jan.(last year ended Jan 2nd i think)

Yes, there will be a Thanksgiving/Fall sale starting Nov 25th and ending Dec 1st, both at 10AM PST(so 5PM UK time).

Then the Winter sale will be Dec 22nd through Jan 4th, again at 5PM GMT.

For the Thanksgiving sale at least(no word on whether it will be same for Winter sale), there will be no more daily or flash sales, just one flat discount for the entire period.

I'm guessing that's due to their Refund policy creating potential headaches where people buy games before they get their biggest discount, but it's a shame as I enjoy coming back each day to see what's on sale.

I think that's great. Flash sales are good in all but it's such a pain to check in every 8 hours to not miss out on a deal.
