Strange that the SU24's wings are not swept back in the video.You would think if the crew knew they were being targeted they would have gone warp speed to try to evade a missile.
 
Turkish backed Rebels ought to expect some bombing from Russia in response to that... you don't shoot parachutists ejecting from a downed plane

Agreed, but they probably got off lightly compared to what ISIS do to captured pilots,

The way I see it, (which I'll admit could be totally wrong) is that Russia seem to have been asking for it, the amount of times they've been upsetting Turkey - they ignored the warnings and paid the consequences.

What happens next - my gut feeling is pretty much nothing, Russia may intensify it's bombing of the FSA in Syria, but I think that's about it, they'll talk tough like they always do - but I don't think much else will happen.

A few choice words and Russia shifts what little interest they had in bombing IS towards Turkmen, helping feed more hate for the West in an even wider group.

Not a good day for any of the parties involved :(
 
What's with the idiots on Facebook pushing people to sign a partition against ' The Sun ' newspaper as it's hatred and against the law?
 
Videos online of pilots being shot at in the air, If Turkmen were getting bombed before they best start digging in a lot deeper.
