*** PC Gaming - Daily Deals Thread ***

That's what I'm thinking too. Besides, it seems like a game that I'll either love or hate, so being able to pick it up at a discount now and give it a go makes sense even if it does all work out at the same price in the end.

You have to order it through the official store to get the discount: https://www.frontierstore.net/games...er.html?_ga=1.198597871.1556291111.1445085723

You mean you'd have had to have originally purchased the base game through their store to get the discount for Horizons?

Am I right in thinking Steam have finally done away with the wallet sapping flash sales and anything they have on sale will now remain on sale until the end of the sale (01 Dec)?

No, looks like you get the discount if you order Horizons through them regardless of where you got the base game:

For a limited time all existing Elite Dangerous players will receive a £10 loyalty discount plus the exclusive Cobra Mark IV ship when ordering the Elite Dangerous: Horizons through the Frontier Store. Discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

That's what I read on a few well known sites

Thanks.

Well, I've bought Dungeon of the Endless at 75% off as it was on my wishlist. Will I buy anything else? Probably...

+1. I bought this game tonight and I wasn't sure what I would think of it. I don't usually play indie games but this is a gem! Isn't exactly the longest game during Early Access but it's fun! I love the music too.

Damn, Subnautica, Grav or Darkest Dungeon? Or all three :D

Anyone know just how 'beta' Grav is? It looks fantastic.

Not played Grav but I have read it's not well optimised at this time so you will need powerful hardware.

Subnautica looks like it could be fantastic and is very intriguing.

Darkest Dungeon everyone raves about but I am not massively eager to play it so will probs buy it down the road sometime...

OK thanks guys, might dip in then.

£18 barely for The Division, in my mind at that low price it's gonna flop. Looking at the before and after gameplay I won't be touching it, however cheap.

Most PC games are that cheap pre-release on the CD key sites.

It's only really EA and Activision stuff which doesn't get such reductions.

Shadow of Mordor, and Alien Isolation were both that price, and they were well received.

That said, I wouldn't touch the Division until I saw some trusted reviews. Have no confidence in Ubi :D

Yep the same happened with Witcher 3. You could get Star Wars Battlefront about 6 months ago on Kinguin for around £20.
