shame i already own HD558's which can be modded into the same headphone

brilliant for gaming but for reference you should have went with HD600's

They do look good for the money indeed! I am still rocking my Fidelio X1's which are open backed and sound very good as well, a decent pair of headphones makes a big difference!

Thanks for the heads up. Just bought a pair myself.

i really enjoyed my hd25 mk 2's but the cable and connectors on the cup broke.

there's a currently a used pair in beige going on a popular auction site for £81 + £8 postage with 2d 12h left and they wont be SE

i expect a few bidders may withdraw

Silly consumerist holidays. The mass rioting and in-store fighting is always fun to watch from the safety of my sofa, tho. Shows us for what we really are.
 
I bought a casio edifice watch, cant even remember the model number. But it was reduced from 200 quid or so down to 97 quid including postage. Bought it on a whim as i had money to spare and nothing else i seen really interested me that much. Computer wise, i recently switched to X99. £400.00 on a board, cpu, ram, and a 128gb pcie ssd, (which i dont even use). £579.99 on an msi gtx 980ti and £390.00 on a secondhand asus ROG swift 27" monitor. My local gun store was doing black friday deals, pay for a weapon in one payment. Only thing peaked my interest was a new generation Glock 17 9mm pistol for £499.99. But, getting into a pistol shooting club here is difficult.
 
Supposed to be getting a telly but can't really be bothered today, little 'un is poorly, so will probably wait until January. Anyway, looked at the Samsungs on 'special offer' at the purple place and it seems to be some horrible 'exclusive' downgraded thing just for flogging off cheap.

Few things on the rainforest coming up I might be interested in, though I've drawn a blank for the rest of the week.
