Hello! I have a question: someone know a email adress to send a complaint about a transport? I don't want to us phone because he charge me and this is not OK. Problem is I buy a graphic card Saturday 00:40 , and I choise delivery for next day ( Sunday for 17 pounds ) well I don't recive nothing and on DPD website write parcel will be delivered Monday. This is a s.... why must pay extra for one service liar? The price for transport is big 10 pounds, other's websites is 5-6 pounds for next day and there is 17. Really is not OK what happened. I think that delivery is a liar.

If it didn't make it for the delivery option you choose they should refund you the extra - remember black Friday, etc. deals are on so deliveries might encounter delays over the next couple of days.

When I selected that section not write nothing about delay, just write next day delivery and I chose Sunday. And other problem, maybe just Sunday I am home and all days I working and is nobody home. So if I used the webnote is OK for send email?

For parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day.

Last time I looked, Sunday was not a working day.

Schadenfreude is not a good thing. As he says English isn't everyone's first language, at least he's made a legible attempt.
