Today I am 30. *cry for attention*

I don't get people who worry about hitting 30. It's no different. My wife was 30 in March and was freaking out. I honestly couldn't care less. What's the deal?
 
Happy birthday and screw growing up.

I'm almost 32 and still act like a child. I'll grow up when I've got one foot in the grave - until then, party on :)

Life gets better as you get older.
If it's not, you're doing it wrong.
 
Worst part about turning 30 is that your 20s is over. Growing up i had higher hopes for my 20s, was disappointed. Aiming for more 30s to be above expectations to compensate.

and 50 is even worse. My gf was 50 last week. She was not happy. Even though she only looks 40, she still wasnt happy.

As she put it, its highly likely that you have less time left alive than you have lived.

My 20's were pretty mental so I kicked and screamed a bit when I got lassooed by the missus and forced to grow up, I'm fine with it now though :D
 
Haha thanks! I just haven't even given it much thought. I'll see some mates this Friday, but I'm not even bothered about any big thing... it's just another day!
