Stupid courier!

After a long week at work, i come home this evening to find a rather expensive, electrical car part lying with what was left of its packaging on my front lawn! Pouring down with rain and gusts of wind all day has practicaly disintegrated the box it was delivered in.with no card through my letterbox.

Do i complain to lmf vauxhall or the courier 'Uk mail'

The courier likely wont talk to you, as you didn't pay them directly.
