Not one to post this sort of thing, but it is my 40th after all..

They say life begins at 40. Is this true?

My first day at 40 and I am nursing a swishy belly and fuzzy head. Maybe one too many last night

. So what do 40+ people suggest? Anything I should do now I am at this milestone? I do have a new job which I am starting on Tuesday, I say new. I am going back to Morrisons after redundancy but only as a 39 hour Butcher. No responsibility as a manager anymore..

Pff, women never are. When was the last time she expressed gratitude for not pooing the bed? Honestly.

Anyway, it's your 40th -- the only one doing any form of following through in bed should be your mrs.

Well my missus got me a nice bottle of 18 year old Glendronach Allardice. I have had it before and is very tasty. I shall look forward to opening that tonight.
