Yep would agree as well. RSPCA are the scum of the animal charities and I would never donate money to them either. They have become a political campaigning organisation with a militant animal rights agenda which is using the prosecuting system as a weapon to promote its political campaigns.
People think that by donating to them they are mainly helping to rescue poor dogs. In fact the RSCPA puts down half the dogs they rescue despite being perfectly healthy cause they don't have room for them all. If they spent less money elsewhere then perhaps healthy dogs wouldn't need to be put to sleep. Yet at the same time they are putting more and more rescued animals down they are spending more and more money on persecutions (20% more) despite the fact that the number and animal cruelty cases has not increased.
They shot 53,000 animals out of 110,000 rescued last year. And most people would disagree with the use of a bolt gun over lethal injection as well on the basis of cost savings.
Whereas the dog's trust I have on monthly standing order.
I'm sure there are shady things, but dont generalise all RSPCA workers as part of it.
wowowow, bit much this.
There are a lot of genuinely good people who work for them, and they provide a lot of homes to a lot of animals.
I'm sure there are shady things, but dont generalise all RSPCA workers as part of it.
Hi all,
My gf loves animals (particularly dogs) and I need to get her a gift.
Is there such a thing as a day where you can spend it with dogs? Or does anyone have any ideas of things I could give her?
does she have dogs, and if so, how much access do you have to the dogs without her. could you for instance make her some wall art with the paw prints of her dogs? you'd have to find some pet safe ink to dip the paws in and then hope they're controllable that you can get a good print. then you can scan that in, stitch the paws of all her dogs together and put names to them etc and voila, personlised gift.
