Im looking at buying some gaming peripherials to use with VR to increase the immersion of it. Ive already bought a X55 stick and throttle from OCUK, although its been out of stock for last week. Does anyone know if there is a place on OCUK forums to ask when it might be back in?

Also Im looking to buy a gaming wheel and then I think that is two of my favourite genres flgiht and racing which are well covered. The rest Im hoping on some controllers with the HTC vive that will suffice.

So I was thinking about the Logitech Driving Force GT Steering wheel but was wondering if anyone had other recommendations.

It must have forcefeed back and needs to be as cheap as ti can be. Ive seen the GT wheel for around £80 on amazon second hand

I have the DFGT and for the money, it's great. I paid around £50 for it second hand. Works really well in Assetto Corsa.

The pedals that come with it are pretty awful though, but can be 'modded' to make the brake pedal a bit more progressive.

Did you pick that up off ebay because that is the kind of price I would like to buy it at and do you have a link to a guide on how to mod the pedals?

Thats a really effect little hack but uugghh foam, I really hate the feeling of foam, might have to grow some balls when I get this wheel if I want to sort that break pedal.

I am using the G25 great piece off Kit, also just bought http://www.saitek.com/uk/prod/x52pro.html another great pice off kit and have not time to get a chance to use it yet ! also looking forward to getting my hands on a Oculus Rift https://www.oculus.com/en-us/rift/ also cannot wait for preorder :-)

Yeah I thought about getting the X52 pro but the X55 was on sale on OCUK for £120 so that won it. What made you choose the rift over the HTC Vive? Im leaning towards the vive at the moment but I have to say that the rift touch controllers seem really good and might be a selling point for me

I have the very first one and liked it a lot so sticking with that branding. also having a Fury x tops it with a Very beefy PC.

That is a beast of a card! Im going to wait for nvidias pascals cards next year hoping 1x GTX980 should be good enough until then
