Young white males are less likely to go into higher education, Therefor earn less, Live for less and have less children due to money probably. This evil diversity is like a slow motion landslide, Once it starts to roll it just keeps gaining momentum and getting stronger and stronger due to the above reasons.

Also if we promoted both fairly, How come the England football team is around 50% white British? Yea no matter what anyone will try to tell me i know in my heart that they are being promoted to the detriment of the natives at youth level. And the longer it is allowed to go on the more it will multiply until Britain looks like America. You mark my words it will not be long until we have an ethnic minority PM.

That's not the reason at all. Simon Kuper does some interesting analysis in his book Why England Lose. At the time of writing, 22 of England's 25-man squad were from very working class backgrounds. He looked at their father's job at most were either in manual labour or unemployed when the footballer was born.

He conducted some interviews and found that middle-class kids often didn't made the grade because of bullying. One brought a newspaper along to a training system and never heard the end of it after that. He also found that working class kids are way more likely to spend their free time outside playing football, rather than playing video games, and so get more practice at a younger age.

And guess what? Black kids are more likely to be born into poverty in this country. The same is true of north African footballers and the French team. It's little wonder that they're overrepresented in the England squad.

this is where 'affirmative action' can backfire on the SJW types that are supposedly campaigning for equality but in reality are just trying to fight people they perceive to be 'privileged'

Yes, but they're united by a much stronger ideology - their mutual hatred of freedom, free speech and of people who are different to them in the way that they consider the absolute defining characteristic of everyone. They disagree on what that characteristic is (sex, sexuality, religion), but their basic viewpoint is the same - irrational bigotry, a desperate pretence of being victims in order to gain power and silence dissent and, above all, an adamantine belief that nobody should ever be allowed to disagree with them, let alone disobey them.
 
The LGBT and Feminist lobby will still be singing the praises of the Religion of Peace as they're enslaved/raped/stoned to death/thrown off tall buildings.

Now the one place I thought one could put an unemployable liberal thinking graduate was in the Arts, I'd have expected some kind of cultural appreciation for the works in their charge.

It's not up to these fawning nobodies to change the names of works of art, they didn't create them, they do not have the right to change anything about them. It is pure vandalism.
Hopefully one day we will be able to look back on this militant fad and bluntly compare it with ISIS's own efforts in rewriting the past.

I think that depends on what's being changed. The article you linked to mentioned titles and descriptions in a museum's catalogue. That doesn't necessarily mean titles and descriptions written by the creators of the pieces.

If it's titles and descriptions written by the museum, I think it's fine for the museum to change them. Language does change over time. It's pointless trying to keep up with whatever are considered approved words though, since the point is to change them as and when required to "justify" being "offended" in order to gain power.

If it's titles and decriptions written by the artist, then it's vandalism. It's also patronising and racist - they're assuming that people of the "wrong" race are either too stupid to understand context or too aggressive to care. Which is par for the course for SJWs, who manage to be irrationally prejudiced against everyone.

I've been reading some of the original Conan the Barbarian stories in which Conan heads south for a while. The pro-"white" racism in them is remarkable. It's genuinely startling. It was normal when and where the stories were written. Erasing it would give a false impression of history.
 
Changing the title from "A head of a slave" changes the meaning of the work when an ignorant SJW renames it "A head of a man", simply because the man in question was black.
