Heh, funnily enough I thought First Class was awful, but Future Past was entertaining enough.

I never read comics so I just watch them as films without getting hung up on what the characters are /supposed/ to be like, however.

So from my perspective of comic book ignorance, First Class was literally awful, but Future Past was passable. And certainly more exciting.

I hope they do some Lord of the Rings Hobbit effect trickery, except in reverse; because if they don't, Apocalypse actually looks like he might be shorter than Storm. Oh dear....

I hope he doesn't end up looking like he should be called Minipocalypse.

Trailer looked good and normally I don't mind when movies deviate from source material but for this I wish they kept it a little closer, I just don't find Apocalypse all that intimidating at the moment. I expected a deeper, more sinister voice. I also expected him to be bulkier, taller. I know obviously he can change his size at will but 'walking around' size I expected him to be similar to Thanos, he just doesn't really stand out for me right now.

True, I thought the voice was the weakest link there.
Still it makes a change from the usual 'I went to Evil school, don't ya know' stereotypical thing.

I think they got Apocalypse wrong. He looks much more awesome in the comics and they should have morphed his voice so it was deep. I actually thought it was Fassbender talking at the end.

Looks terrible. Frankly.

Cgi looks a bit sketchy in the trailer and apocolyspe sounds nothing like the one I grew up with in the cartoons, and I am not a fan of Mcavoy is Xavier.
Won't be paying to watch this.

I really liked First Class. Days of Future Past was quite a lot worse. This looks even worse still.

But I'll probably still watch it. Because..X-Men yo.

I thought the trailer looked great, but i suppose i didn't have any preconceptions of what anything should be like having not read the comics.

I've not read the comics either, just watched the cartoon as a kid.
