Tekken 7 PS4 announced at last!

Beta first on ps4 and there was mentioning of exclusive content for PlayStation.

I too am a big fan of the tekken series. So I'm super excited to hear its been announced finally.
 
I love Tekken as well, I am terrible at it though =( I remember spending hours upon hours on T6 and TTT2 trying to perfect ewgfs with Kazuya and I could never get the timing down consistently.

The straggle is real, loved T6, spent hours perfecting all my juggles with Asuka Kazama. Still remember a fair few of them till this day.

Fireball, uppercut, spinning kick - looked awfully SF2 like to me :(
 
^ That's because Akuma is from street fighter lol :)

Looks awesome, hope it's an X1 release also though!
 
The important thing to note here (or maybe not for some of you), he's not a simple guest character. He's actually now part of the Tekken lore. It's going to be interesting to see what Ono and Harada have to say over the next few weeks because Akuma is important to the SF story and particularly Ryu so it was surprising to see him excluded from SFV and now all of a sudden he's popped up in T7, never seen anything like this happen before.
 
I haven't really been a massive fan of Tekken since 3. Not because there was anything wrong with it but just because I preferred Street Fighter esq games.

This looks good and I'll be trying it out but it does seem weird to have a shoto character in Tekken (even though we've pretty much known Akuma would be in it for a while).
