The Ducky Secret looks impressive.

Any other recommendations please?

I am easy with either palm or claw.

Play a lot of Arma so on the fly DPI changing would be welcome but not essential.

doubt you could go wrong with the Razer DeathAdder Chroma and i've seen it going for around £50 in a few places which is awesome and has 10000dpi I think.

Logitech G502 Proteus Core is pretty decent despite looking ugly as hell. Has in-game DPI shifting from 200-1200 and you can add/remove something like 18g of weight to the mouse too. It's also only around half the price you are looking to spend.
 
I just bought myself a Rival 300 to try out.
Having used the G500/DeathAdder/currently M65, the deathadder was the comfiest I've used and the Rival 300 takes a similar shape.
 
My Ducky Secret has just turned up as it goes. Haven't had chance to play but it feels great. The PBT plastic clearly makes a difference. Also hvae a Mionix Castor on the way
 
The Chroma is very nice to use.
Not sure what I would choose between a Secret and Chroma (I have a Ducky keyboard).
 
Good choice, the G303 is superior to Ducky Secret in terms of click delay and sensor performance. But, G303 shape is really weird with sharp edges which with my type of grip have created a discomofort just after couple min of playing...

Managed to put my hand on a Rival 300 at OcUK's stand at Insomnia 56.
For me I'd almost say its more comfortable than my Deathadder Chroma. Very similar design but I'm not sure it if was slightly narrower or what but it felt more comfortable to me. Of course everyone's hands are different so I'd really recommend trying to get your hand on one to see how it suits. (no idea what the software is like though. I don't actually any software for my Deathadder other than the driver, no synapse)

Would love to get my hand on the Ducky Secret for comparison.
 
If you guys liked the DA shape, try out EC-1A or EC-2A, I would recommend holding on till BenQ edition comes out as it'll have omrons! :)

I have an EC-1A, and for some reason I just don't find it as comfortable as my Deathadder. Which is very odd because they look almost identical shape wise, but after a short while using the Zowie my hand would almost feel sore. I will say this though, I found the sensor/movement of the Zowie to be better than the Deathadder.
 
Not sure how to answer, my hand now rolls a bit to the right with my two fingers angled slightly differently. I really like it.

Thought the lack of software would be an issue but it's not, well not for me being an average gamer
