MSI R9 390 Blank Screen

Just completed a PC build with all brand new parts.

My MSI R9 390 GPU just gives a blank screen. I can Boot into Windows when I'm connected via HDMI on the Gigabyte Z97X Mobo using an HDMI from the onboard graphics but I can't seem to use the HDMI output from my graphics card. My screen is just blank.

Now here's the strange thing. It worked yesterday, and I was able to download the latest Crimson Drivers. Everything was sweet for a couple of hours. Then I placed everything back in the PC case and now it won't start again. Back to the blank screen and can only use the onboard graphics supplied by the Mobo.
I've switched to different slots but still no luck. I've Even cleared the CMOS, loaded optimised defaults in BIOS and still nothing.

I have looked at BIOS and can see that PCI-express is selected as first choice but still it doesn't seem to work. I have to keep placing the HDMI cable back in to the motherboards integrated graphics if I want to use the PC. Fine for general web browsing but obviously not good for intensive tasks like gaming.

I have the 8 pin and six pin power connections firmly in place and the fans on the GPU certainly power up and the white dragon MSI logo is lit but I just can't seem to get anything when connecting the HDMI from it.

Is this card dead! Maybe an RMA job?

Try another output on the 390, such as DVI or DP, to see if that breathes any life into it.

If possible try on another PC also.

Yes, I've got the latest BIOS from Gigabyte.. I've done all I can. It's difficult to make diagnosis when you don't have other spare parts to use when it comes to troubleshooting and I live in the middle of nowhere so no nearby computer shops.

I've done an RMA on this card. It can't be the motherboard because it all works fine with onboard graphics and all the drives and fans connected.
