We don't even know the marque, how can you google specific options package names! Who knows what he means by 'mirror pack'. It's oddly specific for otherwise the vaguest list of requirements ever listed on an internet forum post don't you think? It's unlikely he knows exactly what combination of mirror related options he wants but doesn't know anything else at all about what he wants

Finance and the bank of mum and dad no doubt. Cheap, poorly considered PCP deals could only be 300-400 a month - if you're not paying a mortgage or anything then it sounds doable. Doesn't mean it's remotely a good idea though, but at least he'll have the coolest car in the uni car park.
