Make an appointment with the dentist for tooth hurty. (2:30) they generally find that hilarious and will treat you much better.

That super strong local anaesthetic gel from over the counter in pharmacy works a treat. A bit pricey but instant numb gum and face. Careful though, going too crazy on it will cause you to dribble if you are a bit eager on the frequency and quantity of the dosage. You put a small peas sized amount on the place of hurt and instant relief, followed by a warm numbing effect.

Rinse area with luke warm salt water. The relief is amazing!

Edit: thatll teach me to only read the first page! Glad its out. No worse pain.
