Newbie £800 budget fr gaming PC advice?

Hi all, im new to this place and PC gaming. I want to delve into the world of PC gaming. I currently have an XB1 but want to get more into simulators such as flight sim and racing sims.

Can someone give me some advice on what kit to get from start to finish with a budget of £800. I will be hooking the PC upto my new 4K TV. Thanks!
