A man took up skirts pictures of a minimum of 630 women and school girls

It's completely clear I googled the term, you told me to or is your brain that addled you forgot that? Lol.

I googled it. It showed your definition was incorrect. You are arguing a completely and utterly different point one which is totally disingenuous towards the victims of rape.

Nobody is pointing out how disgusting I am. I am having a sensible discussion with mynight who can see how completely muddied the point is.
Crazy and I are also having a discussion although we're still at odds but that's how some discussions go.

You're the only loon in here saying I'm supporting sexual harassment of women when I'm doing nothing of the sort.

Google deeper.

Lots of posters are pretty guilty of a things on this list.

He was jailed for the whole act - fair enough in my opinion.

Yes, but sentencing was provided based upon the photos of adults too.

Is this man a danger to the public? I'm not certain he is. Creep yes. Mentally disturbed, definitely. I again state he needs help, not prison.

People, please, stop validating hurf's "rape apologist" nonsense by taking it seriously.

We've all been here long enough to know that he will call just about anyone a "rape apologist", for just about anything.

It makes a serious issue (real rape) less abhorrent by attaching the word "rape" to things that /aren't/ rape at all.

It should be readily abundant to anyone with a brain that taking a photo, with or without consent, is not rape. Therefore we should stop discussing it using those terms. Please.

Real rape is serious. hurf sadly cannot distinguish rape from other actions, legal or otherwise. I feel bad for him.

The only thing on that list that is iffy is 15- every man knows it's wrong to rape someone that won't stop the ones who'll do it regardless. At which point it's minimising risk due to the minority that are allowed to breath the same air as the rest of us. That's not blaming the victim it's still blaming the perp.

I have yet to find a section of the sexual offences act to cover the adults in this, at best it appears privacy laws protect the adults.

Regarding the above link, it is important to remember that false accusations of rape do occur, even though they may be the minority by a considerable margin. There are plenty of vindictive women in the world who will file rape allegations to get revenge, or because they are bitter. We can't fall into the trap of assuming that all claims are true, but we do need to investigate claims further so that we can determine which are genuine, and prosecute more people accordingly.

Most rape victims don't report incidents because they feel like nothing will be done about it, amongst other reasons, and sadly they are right! That needs to change.

Additionally, people making real allegations tend to be somewhat timid and reserved about it, they are cautious, perhaps ashamed (though they shouldn't be), and so on, which contributes to the issue.

People making false allegations are likely to make a lot more noise, because they are trying to get the person in trouble. It makes me wonder if a lot of those already very few convicted rapists in prison are the victims, while the real criminals are walking the streets...

Its a complicated one...

You're a sick individual to even suggest that sir.

You sort of suggested it yourself when you posted a one-line joke about the contents of your mental spank bank in response to a thread entitled "A man took up skirts pictures of a minimum of 630 women and school girls". You don't get to switch on serious mode if you don't like a comment that comes back your way.

I was about to post about hurf's post but you said everything i needed to say, not to mention i got banned for calling him out on it once, which i'm still bitter about, i thought he was a troll once but i now think he's genuinely serious about what he says, which is both sad and frightening in equal measure

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but (at least here in Scotland), the definition of rape is dependent on 'penetration by the penis'.

Anything else is, at most, sexual assault.

It was actually a serious comment that highlights the bobbins of everything and trust Hurf Durf to take things to the nth degree. But yeah this guy is a pervert that deserves jail time whilst there's nothing wrong with folks with their fappening pictures or whatever.

And that's why convictions are so low. When it's essentially "rapists" word against "rapee" for a significant proportion of rapes and up to 1 in 12 (according to the link) rape accusations are false. "beyond reasonable doubt" is a pretty hard thing to get to for a conviction.

Prime example being the thread about the guy and the girl on the sofa. There were no witnesses and the only evidence was siemen inside her. His word against hers, reasonable doubt is pretty much a necessary in this sort of case.

They print many up skirt pictures of school girls getting out of cars? There's a very clear, and simple, reason for this case having no relation to what you are trying to make a comparison to.

but he got 1 month in prison for every woman. not every child.

for instance the express published an upskirt shot of ann Hathaway vagina. its still on their site now.

he can distinguish it, its just people like him like to use the severity of rape to give credit to their petty ideas.

i know quite a few abuse, rape and molestation victims. they all despise people who talk about "rape culture" and the **** he does.

it must be a hell of a kick in the teeth to have actually gone through rape then have some stupid student type going "omg a guy once looked at my boobs on the tube i was so violated i know exactly how you feel"

The classic 'I'm notracist I have black friends!' approach to arguing the merits of rape culture. Try telling that to the women of r/twox or any other female orientated place.
