get in contact with ocuk today before 16:00

Probably be monday then when you get it. This has happened to me

this is the third time this has happened to me with ocuk with no reason to why it happened the first two times and I didn't request for dpd at the time

this is on a sunday though where the previous were monday-friday
 
Did you get a dispatch confirmation from OCUK? My order had to be upgraded to a saturday delivery (yesterday) as despite ordering an order before the cutoff time it still hasn't been dispatched. I guess maybe they are delivering a lot more orders due to Xmas but why include it if you aren't going to fulfill?

They do, and they are. It appears that no one working there can be arsed to answer the phone. Which is a lot worse, really.

I think he meant it as open on sundays in general rather than just because it's a public holiday.... they only open on 6th, 13th and 20th december
 
I'm still getting mail from around the 9th of December. You just have to deal with extra delivery times around Christmas when ordering. Excuse the pun but it's just part and parcel :D You should be refunded the extra delivery cost though.
 
besides the forums ( customer section ) which no one has looked at yet, the phone keeps telling me they are closed today and webnote can take upto 24 hours...

how can I get in contact with ocuk suport today before 16:00? ( preferred phone )

Only the shop and warehouse staff are in today there is nobody in the offices, DPD have collected your order though they have not scanned your parcel onto their system yet which is why they are claiming we have not sent your parcel.

If you create a thread in the customer service section I'll get back to you tomorrow.

Will they not answer the phone number that is listed on the website? If not, that should be made clear imo. If a retailer says it is open and lists a phone number for contact - I'd expect it to be answered during the times the retailer states that it is open.

not going into much detail but... with my previous experience with DPD and other couriers from a business perspective... you do have the package... they only have the metadata about the package that DPD then later use that metadata to collect the package from you in a form of expectation

and I already have created a thread on the customer support section of the forum

Probably would be a good idea to state that useful snippet in the Contact Us section as it reads like you are open for business as usual.
 
I ordered on Friday for delivery tomorrow but had an email and text through from DPD this morning telling me they haven't received my parcel yet and apologising as it was ment to be delivered today :confused:

It happened with me and indeed DPD did have the parcel as Damo said

I do not have control over content on our store though yes I agree it should be clearer as to what is actually open on a Sunday.
