The Apprentice 11 - starts Weds 14 Oct, 9pm, BBC1

Sounds like a pedophile's den tbh
Still if it takes all the desperate girl gamers of Twitch then I'm all for it
But in this socially autistic age I wonder that it could take of but it could lead to high suicide rates if girls reject guys based on their k/d ratio in COD lol

I think if her idea will ever be successful it will need serious restructuring. I think a dating app aimed at a particular demographic where you can play silly games with your matches in order to build a bit of chemistry would work better, but she will then need to rediscover her USP, ie. what demographic to target it at and what expectations do this demographic have, such as Tinder is a hookup app, eHarmony is more aimed at relationships etc. As it stands, the "play a game to reveal what they look like" USP is dreadful imo.

It is a big market so perhaps she is on to something in that regard - she just needs to position herself correctly to tap into it!

You could maybe make something work if the game playing fed into the matching algorithm, but I don't know how you'd do that or what games you'd need to play.

so would joseph be giving lord sugar his entire business? can't see how there wouldn't be a conflict ( like richards ) if not?

Aye 50%. Tricky Dicky's problem was that there was another shareholder involved (his brother) and LordSrAlan doesn't want to/isn't allowed to invest in anyone who didn't win The Apprentice.

From what Lordsralan has said this series, the four businesses he currently partners are going well.

I can't even remember what they were now.

Office chairs with Tom Pellerealuaurleueu.

Recruitment something something with Ricky "Not that one" Martin.

Oh dear though.

Going into the hard selling renewable doorstep sellers market?

Why isn't he targeting the large contracts he mentioned in the last episode (that £25k contract).

Editing form suggests that following the start with Vana looking super and Joseph looking stupid things will get flipped at some point...

Besides which, Vana's idea is stupid.

It's all so stereotypical though.

The advert they are talking about sounds terrible.

The logo even looks like the older British Gas logos.
